Job Description
Heritage Exteriors is growing, to handle the additional job our company anticipates, we need 3-5 driven energetic, independent individuals to join our Sales Team.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to generate and close sales leads for our roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and storm damage restoration services. They will also be responsible for attending appointments, performing accurate property assessments, presenting estimates, and coordinating with the production team to ensure quality service and timely completion of projects.
Individuals we hire receive training on the basic constructions, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their projects, so prior experience is not necessary.

Qualifications
- 2 Years of Outside Sales Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven track record in sales and lead generation
- Technical and industry knowledge in roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and storm damage restoration services
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
