Roofing, Siding, Windows & Gutters Exterior Services for the Sioux Falls Area
Heritage Exteriors specializes in residential and commercial exterior projects, including:
From necessary repairs and replacements to exterior upgrades you’ve been dreaming about, our goal is to make the process straightforward while delivering quality work you can feel confident in.
And now, Sioux Falls customers have a local team ready to help get that process started.
Meet Kelly Murphy
For Kelly Murphy, joining Heritage Exteriors was an opportunity to be part of something new while helping a growing company establish roots in another community.
“I work for Heritage because I enjoy the challenge and the dynamics of opening a new location for a small but growing company. I like the casual but professional atmosphere and the family-friendly aspects, along with an abundance of support and training to ensure we are on a path for success.”
When Kelly isn’t working with customers or helping grow Heritage Exteriors in Sioux Falls, you might find him fishing, at the gym, or playing in a Texas Hold’em poker tournament.
His combination of industry experience, local presence, and enthusiasm for building something new makes him an important part of the Heritage Exteriors Sioux Falls team.
Meet Nikolai Fedulov
Nikolai Fedulov brings a people-first mindset to his role, believing that even the smallest interactions can have a lasting impact.
“It takes a few seconds to say or do something nice for somebody. You don’t know what kind of impact your kind words could make on somebody. Maybe they are having a good day, maybe it’s the worst day they’ve had in a long time. Always be kind—you never know the ripple effect a few kind words could have.”
That philosophy carries over into the way he approaches customers, coworkers, and the Sioux Falls community.
A Sioux Falls resident himself, Nikolai appreciates being part of an organization focused not only on completing projects, but also on building lasting relationships.
“I love this company. The people that I work with are truly amazing, kind, professional, dedicated, and willing to help at any time. It’s an organization built around a commitment to help the community we are invested in. Every person is there to help the customers and each other create a relationship of respect and trust.”
For customers, Nikolai wants the message to be simple: he’s here when you need him.
“When I’m not with a customer, I’m either at the office or a phone call away. Always here to help!”
Bringing the Heritage Approach to Sioux Falls
As Heritage Exteriors grows into the Sioux Falls market, we want to bring more than exterior services to the area.
Our company has been built around faith, family, community, and honesty, and those values continue to guide how we work with our customers, our team, and the communities we serve.
Adding Kelly and Nikolai to our Sioux Falls team allows us to pair local relationships with the resources and experience of the larger Heritage Exteriors organization.
If you’re considering a new roof, siding, windows, gutters, or another residential or commercial exterior project in Sioux Falls or the surrounding area, we’d love the opportunity to hear what you have in mind.
