The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth for Heritage Exteriors. This role blends creativity and data-driven thinking and is ideal for a self-starter with experience in home improvement, construction, or a similar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target markets and customer segments to tailor messaging and outreach.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Plan and manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, direct mail, and local events.
- Track lead generation performance and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, signage, and truck wraps.
Digital Marketing
- Oversee website content, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online reputation management.
- Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Coordinate with local organizations, real estate agents, and home shows to increase visibility.
- Organize and promote community involvement initiatives to enhance brand perception.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with lead nurturing.
- Manage external vendors, designers, and freelancers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in home improvement, construction, or real estate industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, WordPress).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
- Graphic design or content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of local market trends and homeowner demographics.
- Previous experience managing marketing budgets.

We specialize in exterior remodeling and restoration for residential and commercial properties. Our services include roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors. Job Description
Heritage Exteriors is seeking a highly motivated, positive and personal sales professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Acculynx software for sales planning and tracking
- Coordinate with Production team to ensure project timelines and accuracy
- Collaborate with clients to define projects scope and goals
- Review insurance loss documentation for accuracy
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide regular updates to senior management or sales goals and status
Qualifications
- 2 Years of Outside Sales Experience
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ambitious, self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Knowledge of roofing and siding construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with how to read an insurance scope of work
- Ability to climb on a standard slope rooftop
